INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Since 1990, Golf Craft has been manufacturing, distributing and servicing top-quality golf trolleys and trolley dispensers for the European market. We supply and service a network of over 650 golf clubs, hotels and resorts in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Portugal and Spain.
The process begins with an onsite visit during which we identify the best location for the Installation based on space available, customer traffic and power sources. A 24-volt power source or a battery pack is all that’s required for the Dispenser unit to run safely and securely.
Based on our expertise, we will recommend the best location for your system, and the type of Dispenser and Trolleys that will be best for your course and your customers. All pricing will be disclosed prior to installation, and your rental terms are subject to the number and type of units installed and anticipated usage.
Following the onsite assessment and agreement on rental terms, installation is carried out by trained Golf Craft installation engineers. It usually takes half a day and is carried out with minimal disruption to the business. Before our installation engineer leaves the property, the management team will receive full usage instructions for the unit and training on how to extract the reporting they need to monitor and measure their revenue from the units.
After the Installation - Service and Maintenance
Unlike most trolley and dispenser suppliers, regular system maintenance is built into our pricing. We don’t just sell units; we provide an ongoing hands-on service to ensure they run seamlessly and efficiently for your customers with minimal upkeep required on your side for the entire duration of our contract.
Every installation is maintained regularly to operate smoothly, eliminating any downtime which will disrupt your business and inconvenience your customers. Every 10 weeks, our technicians visit every installation for a full on-site diagnostic service and tune-up. Dispensers and trolleys are checked, and elements that are damaged are either repaired or replaced there and then. We do whatever it takes to ensure that the trolleys and dispensing units are always available and in tip-top shape for your customers.
